When I entered high school, interscholastic sports became much to a greater extent competitive, thus demanding more thrust and skill of myself. But it is very difficult to just yourself physically when in that respect is no charge or motivation. I have had the experience of being taught by two very dissimilar types of coaches, thus validating the fact that the proper coach truly does make a difference in the success of a team. I always dreaded the sequence that baseball game gentle came around for many reasons. One, I knew more about baseball than my coach did and that was made ostensible because he would put me in charge of many of the duties that are a coachs responsibility.

I would run drills during practice, deal positions to the players on the team, and when it came time to play a game, I would urinate the batting vow. Our team was not good what so ever and our record proved it. We deprivationed the guidance needed to be a successful ball team. As a result, because there was a lack of instruction there wa s a lack of motivation. Because of the lack ! of motivation, it resulted in players not masking up to practices, which meant players were not prepared for games.
